Tenant Fees & Responsibilities
Prospective residents are responsible for the following fees, subject to lease or service agreement terms:
• Application Fee: $20 per person
• Security Deposit: 1 month’s rent
• Amenities Fee: $75/month per tenant
• Pet Rent: $50/month per pet
• Bike Storage: $25/month per bike
• Utilities: Rent includes water & gas; residents cover electricity, cable, and internet (3rd-party providers).
